Voice messages with their transcript

Say it in your voice. Every word goes with it.

Record a message in your browser and Voice writes out what you said. Paste a Listen button into any email. Your client presses Play on one page, reads along, and saves the MP3 if you allow it.

Names and messages on this page are examples.

Copied. Paste it into your email: it arrives as a Listen button.

Who it’s for

For people whose clients would rather hear it from them.

One to one

Advisers, agents and accountants

Walk a client through a form, a renewal or the next step in your own voice, and leave the written version beside it for later.

One message, many emails

Small offices

Record an update once and paste the same Listen button into every email, or attach the MP3 where a file suits better.

When it has to stay private

Messages that need a lock

Give a voice a password, an end date or a number of plays. A protected voice is kept under Voice’s own key and never leaves as a file.

120minutes per voice, recorded in your browser
1MP3 that plays in every phone’s and computer’s own player
0apps or sign-ins for the person listening
5minutes a play link lives before Voice checks again
1,000plays at most, or once, or no limit at all

What it does

From your microphone to their inbox.

The studio

Press Record, talk, press Stop.

Voice records in the browser and makes an MP3 there and then. Listen back, record it again if you like, give it a title and save. Snow AI Transcribe writes out the words, and they appear in your list a minute or two later.

  • Up to two hours a voice
  • The studio checks for the transcript by itself
  • Each voice shows its listens and when it was last played

Sending it

Paste it into any email. It arrives as a button.

Copy for email puts a Listen button on your clipboard, with the length and the first line of what you said. Paste it into Gmail, Outlook or any mail app. Or copy the plain link, or download the MP3 to attach.

  • Copy for email, Copy link, or Download MP3 to attach
  • A voice with a password sends no words at all: the email only says a message is waiting
  • Delete it, and the link stops playing

The listener’s page

One page. Play, and the words beside it.

Your client opens the link on a phone or a computer. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign in to. They press Play and read along, and they can save the MP3 if you allowed it.

  • The transcript sits under the player
  • Save to my computer appears only where you allow it
  • Listens are counted with their time, never who or where

Private when it needs to be

A password, an end date, a number of plays.

Set any of the three when you record. Every press of Play is checked again on the server for deleted, expired, played out or locked, and the link it hands back lives five minutes. The recordings are kept private.

  • Send the password separately, by text or phone
  • With a password the voice plays only on its page, never as a file
  • Delete removes the recording first, then stops the link

Protected voices

For the messages that must stay on the page.

Tick Protected voice and the recording is stored under Voice’s own encryption key. It always has a password. The listener’s page shows neither its title nor its words, and in your studio the transcript stays hidden until you press the eye.

  • Built to HIPAA rules, under a Business Associate Addendum with AWS
  • The email says only that a message is waiting
  • Only you and your account’s owner can reveal the words, and every reveal is logged

Who, what and when. Never the words.

Secure send, for the whole family

A file and a code, from any Snow AI app.

When another Snow AI app sends a client a file, Snow AI holds it. Your client gets a link and an eight-digit code you give them separately. The page names only the brand, never the person or the file. Five wrong codes close the link.

  • Your studio lists every secure send: who it went to, masked, the file, the end date and the opens
  • Revoke closes the link and deletes the file
  • Only a scrambled form of the code is kept

Try it here

Open the page your client hears.

Start in the email, press Listen, and play the voice with its words lighting up as it goes. Then try one with a password, a protected one, and what happens when a voice stops playing.

Your renewal, in two minutes

SRSam Rivera <sam@northwind.example>
to Dana Lee

Hi Dana,

Rather than a long email, I recorded a short message about your renewal. It’s easier to explain out loud.

“Hi Dana, it’s Sam from Northwind Advisory.”

Sam

This is what Copy for email pastes: a button any mail app shows, the length, and the first line of the transcript. Press it.

What’s included

Two ways to have Voice. Everything in both.

On its own, or inside the Snow AI account you already have. Nothing in Voice is held back for a higher tier.

Voice on its own

For recording and sending voice messages. Its own page, its own plan, and the Snow AI sign-in.

Pricing is being setNo figure until it’s final
  • The studio, the listener’s page and the MP3
  • A transcript of every voice, from Snow AI Transcribe
  • Passwords, end dates, play limits and protected voices
See Snow AI plans
For Snow AI customers

Voice inside your Snow AI account

Add it to the account you use for other Snow AI apps. Anything your account already has is not charged again.

Pricing is being setNo figure until it’s final
  • Everything in Voice on its own
  • Secure send for every app on the account
  • The same login and the same people across your apps

What you save: the transcription. Voice’s words come from Snow AI Transcribe, so an account that already has Transcribe, through Documents or Webinar, does not pay for it again.

A Snow AI customer never pays for the same thing twice. Capabilities belong to your account, not to each app. If your account already has Transcribe through another Snow AI product, Voice uses it and does not charge for it again.

Part of Snow AI

One login. Your voice, wherever you work.

Voice is one app in the Snow AI family. What it needs from the others, it borrows, and what it does well, it lends.

One Snow AI sign-in

The login that opens Voice opens every other app on your account. Sign in once and the studio is open.

The words come from Transcribe

Voice keeps no speech service of its own. Its transcripts are written by Snow AI Transcribe, the same one Documents and Webinar use.

Questions

Asked before you record.

Something else? Write to support and a person will answer.

Does my client need an app or an account?

No. The link opens a page in any browser on a phone or a computer. They press Play and read the transcript beside it. Nobody signs in to listen.

What does the email look like?

Copy for email gives you a Listen button with the voice’s length and the first line of what you said. It is built from plain mail parts, so it shows in Gmail, Outlook and other mail apps. You can also paste the plain link, or attach the MP3.

Can they keep the recording?

Only if you tick “Let the listener save it to their computer”, and only for a voice without a password. A voice with a password plays on its page and is never a file.

Can I tell whether it was heard?

Yes. Each voice in your studio shows how many listens it has had and when the last one was. A listen keeps its time and nothing else, never who or where.

How long can a voice be?

Up to two hours. Recording stops by itself at two hours, and the transcript arrives a minute or two after you save.

What is a protected voice?

A voice whose recording is stored under Voice’s own encryption key. It always has a password, it is never a file, the listener’s page shows no title and no words, and in your studio the transcript stays hidden until you or your account’s owner press the eye. Every reveal is logged. Protected voices are built to HIPAA rules, under a Business Associate Addendum with AWS.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is being set, and no figure will appear here until it is final. A Snow AI customer never pays for the same thing twice: if your account already has Transcribe through another Snow AI product, Voice does not charge for it again.

What isn’t ready yet?

The Voice voice block in Campaigns, the Gmail add-on, a record button inside CRM and Recovery, and voices locked to a client’s own sign-in. Voice is in English only for now.

Record your first voice today.

Sign in with your Snow AI account, press Record, and paste the Listen button into your next email.
